Project Overview
This project was awarded to Schouten for the complete package
providing interior selective demolition, hazardous materials abate-
ment and complete infection control measures for all phases in the
project cycle over a 3-year period
Project Scope:
Infection control, Demolition, hazardous materials abatement
throughout (4) Wings of the Hospital. Abatement included asbestos
removal Type I-II removal of flooring, piping insulations, precise
selective removal of plaster for new mechanical chases. Infection
control measures used a combination of standard means & methods
and applying new modular panels (AG Shield) to provide compliant
and ease of movement and modifications as changes were required
to avoid limiting schedule delays
