The awarded scope encompassed (2) commercial buildings to be prepared by removing floor tiles, boiler and mechanical insu- lations and approximately 12,000LF of Aircel insulation and 500 cement fittings on various supply and return water lines. Abate- ment work was completed using Type 2/Glove bag and Type 3 measures complete with worker decontamination facilities and ensuring cleanliness compliance. Work was also supervised and overseen by Pinchin Ltd ensuring all air testing and visual inspec- tions passed, Schouten completed the project 2 weeks ahead of initial schedule and allowed the client to proceed with their renovations
