Project consisted of extensive interior building finishes removal and Type III abatement of ceiling texture within the cathedral annex vestibule. Exterior works included removal of existing front façade and salvaging field stone for re-purposing, complete structure decommissioning of the bell tower and 32 brass bells. Road closures, rigging and craning of the 2-4ton bells was completed with no delays or safety concerns for both works and stakeholders
