Schouten is looking for a qualified individual with strong managerial skills to serve as Operations Manager for its Demolition and Excavating divisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our operations team of Project Managers, Jr. Project Managers and field staff.
This individual must be capable of leading and supporting a large team, in a time sensitive and demanding environment. This individual will be
tasked with overseeing dispatch and resource allocation for all projects as well as the equipment fleet and mechanics.
