Project Overview
Schouten Environmental Inc. was engaged to complete interior and
exterior demolition of finishes and hazardous materials including Type
I-III, including confined space work inside the mechanical chase.
Project Scope:
Selective demolition of walls, flooring finishes including raised
platforms and masonry finishes throughout the 16,000sqft building.
Abatement including third party air testing, Type 3 removal of various
plaster finishes, mastic removal and restricted/confined space glove
bag measures. Selective demolition of exterior windows, glazing and
stucco in preparation for structural restorations
