EFB Tower Remediation | Hamilton ON

The lead remediation of lead coatings present in (2) emergency stairwells for the 22 story building. Remediation of lead on rail- ings, risers and flaking wall coating was completed prior to Schou- ten applying new primer and specified primer and heavy re- sistance and traffic paint to the prepared surfaces. All work was completed under Security clearances and afterhours shift to not disrupt the existing activities.
