Project Overview
This project encompassed the entire demolition and abatement
of the existing Hudsons Bay back to base building in preparation
for new works and finishes.
Project Scope:
The Complete abatement of all drywall compound throughout the
130,000sqft single-story commercial store unit within the existing
Georgian Mall. Abatement consisted of tiles and mastic removal
complete with adhesive grinding. Demolition of selective block
walls, elevated mezzanines and auxiliary structures to make way
for new tenanted layouts. Work was compressed and completed
on schedule to meet the clients crucial need to open.
