Schouten was awarded the abatement and various selective demolition components of the project. Hazardous Abatement using Type 3 measures to safely removed existing fire-spray within block walls and concealed areas throughout the school. Type 3 removal of 12,000 sqft of atrium plaster finishes using engineered scaffold was conducted as major milestone of the project.
